Fraser workforce housing project Victoria Village receives $2 million grant
May 3, 2024The town of Fraser was awarded a $2 million grant by the Colorado Department of Local Affairs on April 2 for the Victoria Village Workforce Community housing project.
The money comes from the department’s Strong Communities Infrastructure Grant Program, which provides grants to local governments to build infrastructure needed to develop affordable housing that meets community needs.
