Here are the steps to reporting and what you can expect.

• 1. Call 1-844-864-8341 and dial 1 to speak with a volunteer dispatcher 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
• 2. The dispatcher will ask you for location and situation details, then send trained volunteers to the scene.
• 3. If it is an I.C.E. raid, legal observer volunteers will record the event, identify the agents on the scene, and inform the people involved of their constitutional rights.
• 4. After the incident, volunteers will follow up to connect people affected with a local member of CIRC’s statewide DocuTeam. They will work with you to further document the event, refer you to legal resources if necessary, and create a plan of action.
