Colorado Democratic Party Condemns Federal Agents Killing a Man in Minneapolis

DENVER – Following reports of federal immigration agents shooting and killing a man in Minneapolis this morning, Colorado Democratic Party Chair Shad Murib issued this statement:
“Today’s killing in Minneapolis should anger every American. This isn’t just about bad training: this chaos is what Trump wants: armed, masked, and unaccountable paramilitary of thugs who roam our neighborhoods, tear families apart, and kill people in broad daylight with no consequence.
This madness can happen in Colorado, and because spineless, weak Republicans in Congress just handed ICE a blank check, it very well might. 
The Senate must do everything it can to stop this reckless bill, Kristi Noem needs to resign, and states must begin preparation to keep residents safe from ICE and fight disinformation from the Trump administration.
How many more people have to die before this ends?”
